Denise Castillón is a freelance writer and film consultant. Denise has been writing online film reviews on theatrical and film festival releases since 2008.

Denise has represented films and local film festivals at major domestic film festivals and foreign film markets, such as Sundance, Tribeca, Cannes Marché Du Film and European Film Market (Berlinale). She served as publicist for the Maverick Entertainment Group, a specialty home entertainment distributor, and worked for various film publicity agencies on theatrical film campaigns for the Florida market.

When not inside the darkened comfort of a movie theater, Denise can be found traveling (probably to a film festival), indulging her Dionysian appetites, or appreciating other mediums of contemporary art.
